SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates only and quoted in business days. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After shipment, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 1–4 weeks depending on destination country

Please allow additional processing and shipping time during product launches, restocks, and sale periods.

Origins Los Angeles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, transportation strikes, or other circumstances outside of our control. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country once the package leaves the United States.

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment numbers, building numbers, abbreviations, and route information where applicable. Origins Los Angeles is not responsible for lost, delayed, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

PRE-ORDERS

A “pre-order” item is a product currently out of stock but available for purchase before restocking.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship within approximately 4–5 weeks from the order date unless otherwise stated. Any non-pre-order items purchased in the same order will ship together with the pre-order item.

Pre-order items are FINAL SALE.

In the event of an unexpected delay, customers will be notified via email.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All orders are processed in USD. Currency conversions displayed on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rates and processing fees.

While our currency converter provides approximate local pricing, the final amount charged will be determined by your financial institution at the time of processing.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and vary depending on the value and type of goods purchased.

Origins Los Angeles is unable to estimate or control these fees and is not responsible for any additional customs charges incurred after shipment.

EDITING ORDERS & SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Once an order has been placed and processed, changes to products, shipping addresses, or customer information may not be possible.

Please review all billing and shipping information carefully before completing your order.

CUSTOMS HOLDS

Delivery estimates do not include customs processing times or delays. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and you have not received an update from the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages returned to Origins Los Angeles as “Return to Sender” are typically caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Common reasons include:

  • Invalid or misspelled address

  • Missing apartment, suite, or building information

  • Delivery deemed unsafe by the carrier

  • Recipient moved or refused delivery

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-ship returned packages.

If our team contacts a customer regarding an address issue before shipment and no response is received within 72 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
