Sigala Watches Warranty

2-Year Limited Warranty

Sigala Watches offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase when purchased from an authorized Sigala retailer or directly from Sigala Watches.

 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, meaning if the internal movement fails due to defective parts or if the watch was not assembled properly, Sigala Watches will repair or replace the watch at our discretion.

However, this warranty does not cover misuse or abuse. It is intended to protect against manufacturing defects not damage caused by normal wear and tear or accidents.

This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover:

 

• Normal wear and tear
• Battery replacement
• Scratches or damage to the crystal
• Cosmetic damage to case or bracelet
• Strap or bracelet wear
• Water damage caused by improper use
• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by impact, dropping, or accidents
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

 

You will void your warranty if:

• The caseback is opened by anyone other than an authorized service provider
• The watch is exposed to water beyond its rated water resistance
• The crown or pushers are not properly secured before water exposure
• The watch shows signs of excessive wear, misuse, or tampering

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation as it serves as your warranty validation.

Sigala Watches reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if the product shows evidence of misuse, unauthorized repair, or conditions outside of normal intended use.
